The UEi DM383B is a manual-ranging, 4000-count digital multimeter featuring an extra-large backlit EasyView display, data hold, and max capture mode. It measures up to 1000V DC, 750V AC, 10A AC/DC, and resistance up to 40 Megohms, carrying a 600V CAT III safety rating.
